The Puente de L'Assut de l'Or is an absolute eye-catcher with a height of more than 125 meters. It is perhaps the bridge with the most complex name, just a little explanation. In the days when the Turia River still flowed through the riverbed, the river water was used to irrigate agricultural land. This was made possible by means of a specific weir construction. L'Assut means something like weir or dam.
