The Lamballe National Stud is one of the five equestrian centers in Brittany. There are guided tours of the extensive complex three times a day, and in the summer months there are also demonstrations of horse tricks.
In the entrance area of the Haras are both the new Lamballe tourist office and the new building of the Musée Mathurin Méheut (French painter, 1882-1958, born in Lamballe).
