Vandring
Candi Gunung Kawi, one of Bali's largest ancient temple complexes, dates to the 11th century. The temple lies in the valley on both sites of Pakerisan River next to the village of Tampaksiring, northeast of Ubud. Gunung Kawi comprises ten candi or shrine reliefs carved into the solid rock cliff. The complex is a unique site and an important sacred place for the Balinese.
