Artificial canoe route at the Bischofsmühle in Hildesheim. The Bischofsmühle canoe sports facility was created during a necessary renewal of the Innerste weir in 1982 by members of the Hildesheim canoe and sail guild, who began building the canoe sports facility. Since it opened, slalom and whitewater regattas have taken place here every year, including ranking list races organized by the German Canoe Association. But also the safety courses of the canoe associations, as well as the training of schools and universities.
