The Nikolaikirche in Zeitz, originally the Trinity Church, in the Burgenland district of Saxony-Anhalt is a church built in 1891 and today only preserved as a ruin. It was given up by the parish in the early 1980s. Wikipedia

Vandring

The church has not been used since the 1970s because the church is on sandy ground and there was a statistical problem. In addition to the dilapidation, lightning struck the tower in 1998. The fire caused part of the ribbed vault to collapse and the bell fell into the nave.
