Nice place for walks with very interesting paths nearby.
Keep in mind that the region there has very high avalanche risk due to the terain!

From the parking lot you can reach the hut on foot after about 3 km and 300hm. Here you have a nice place to pause or stay overnight. There are also delicious things to eat and drink.

    Vandring

It took me 43 minutes to reach the Malyowitza hut from the parking lot (~2,88 km), not in a hurry but kept a steady pace. I'd recommend hiking boots, since it's quite rocky and sometimes you have to walk along with a stream.

Is Malyovitsa Hut suitable for a winter hike, and what are the seasonal considerations?

While the Malyovitsa region offers excellent conditions for skiing and snowboarding in winter, it's crucial to be aware of very high avalanche risk due to the terrain. Always assess the specific route difficulty and your family's capabilities.
