Le Moulin de l'Hermeton, also known as Moulin de Soulme, is a historic monument located in the Hermeton valley. It is a classified site dating back to the 15th century and was rebuilt in its current form in 1797. It is located in a protected natural area that is part of the Natura 2000 network, where one can observe a rich biodiversity including beavers, herons , pikes, salamanders and colorful butterflies.
