One of the numerous settlement remains from prehistoric times. There are many more nearby. Especially here is the completely preserved storage room, which is either no longer tight at many other sites or has even collapsed 👍🏻

The Talayotic settlement of Torralba d'en Salort consists of two talayots (prehistoric tower-like stone structure in the Balearic Islands), a hypostyle hall (columned hall), remains of dwellings and a site with the most remarkable 'taula' on the entire island.

With a horseshoe-shaped floor plan, cult rites related to the fertility of the fields, livestock and people were held inside it. The sacrifice of small animals is documented there - sheep, goats, pigs - which were offered to the deities; probably on the taula.
