The Usk River through Brecon and beyond is simply stunning. The Usk is at the heart of the life of the community of Brecon. It gives birth to the Brecon Canal, provides the flat, calm waters of the Promenade as a recreation area, and provides fantastic kayaking and canoeing waters. It splits our dear town in two and feeds the green fields for our local farmers. We love our river...
