Vandring
Route through Peña Amaya. There are parrots, canyons, caves, ruinous landscapes, waterfalls... a true spectacle. La Cascada is on a track that goes to the right just before entering the town.

Small but beautiful, you can climb the waterfall itself but I do not recommend it, I did it and it seemed risky, it is not worth it.

Mountainbiking
This small waterfall is beautiful and can even be climbed on foot, but it is quite risky and not recommended. In summer, if there is enough water, it is a good place to cool off from the high temperatures that this area suffers.
