Vandring
The Schifflände in its current form was only built in the 1960s on the occasion of the construction of the power plant and the Rhine bridge. After 1848, the goods yard was converted from a warehouse into a warehouse. A fine canopy was added towards the open space. It enabled goods to be unloaded in a protected manner.

The Güterhof, built in 1787, used to serve as a warehouse for transit salt and is located in the
former port district, today's Schifflände. The Güterhof was converted into a warehouse after 1848. The attached canopy made it possible to
unload goods in a protected manner. Schaffhausen's old town begins with the Lower Town.
