I cannot present it better than: Extract from the newspaper “Lumières de l’Yonne” by Isabelle Masure.
"The Moulin de Vanneau, in Saints-en-Puisaye, is worth all the lessons on the rural world at the beginning of the last century. The children discover there the life of their great-grandparents with astonishment. The house of the miller, reconstituted, is an inexhaustible source of information on the habits and customs of the time."
