Vandring
Great project - here is built with the means of the time a medieval castle. In this open-air museum, visitors can experience first-hand how the former craftsmen worked on their materials. During my visit, I had the feeling that due to the advanced construction at the moment, no special emphasis is placed on further construction progress, because a finished castle would indeed remove the project from its special charm. At the moment, the focus is more on the demonstration of certain working techniques.

Guédelon is a castle in Treigny-Perreuse-Sainte-Colombe.
It's a great experimental archeology castle building project.
Since 1997, authentic means from the 13th century have been used here.
The entrance fee is quite steep, but it's worth it.
