This site overlooks the town of Monthermé and opens a beautiful window onto the bends of the Meuse and the mountains that surround it. A green and hilly horizon of great beauty. The name Roche à Sept Heures comes from the fact that at seven o'clock, the sun illuminating this rocky spur gives it a very visible shine.

If you're looking for a challenging and scenic trail run in the Ardennes, you can try La Roche at Seven. This place takes you through the forest, along the river and up to a rock outcropping which offers stunning views of the Meuse valley and the town of Monthermé. The name of the place comes from the fact that at seven o'clock the sun shines on the quartzite rocks and makes them sparkle.

The trail has steep climbs and descents. Get ready to sweat and enjoy the beauty of nature.
