Innerwick church dates from around the 12th Century. The church contains the ancient St Adamnan's Bell behind a grille in the porch.The bell is said to date from around 800AD.

Built in 1784, the building is a simple single cell Gothic structure, but the addition of the classical bell-cote gives an Italianate quality.
