Vandring

The striking Neuburg Castle has been largely renovated to a very high standard, and events are regularly held in the courtyard. The turrets, bridges, and ancient walls transport visitors to a bygone era, and there are impressive views of Wernstein. With the exception of the large art exhibition space, the interior rooms are unfortunately not open to the public, but they can be rented, for example, for weddings.

A detour from the Inn cycle path up to the castle hill is not only worthwhile to visit the castle. From there you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the opposite bank of the Inn and the Austrian town of Wernstein.
