If you want to get to the Zittau Mountains easily, you can take the train from Bertsdorf station that comes from Zittau in the direction of Oybin or. Use Jonsdorf. There is also a lot to discover from the past at the station.

The operating center of the Zittau narrow-gauge railways on the line Zittau - Kurort Oybin and the branching line to Kurort Jonsdorf of the SOEG. One of the few stations along the Saxon narrow-gauge railways with a mechanical signal box. As a complete ensemble, consisting of a reception building, platforms, signal box, track system and lock shed, the station provides a glimpse into the history of rail technology and is well worth seeing
