The seawater swimming pools of Puerto de las Nieves have been created from old saltpans / desalination tanks. You can swim there very pleasant and there is usually a very chilled atmosphere. The pools are all connected and you can dive from one pool to the next. In some places you have to be a bit careful with barefoot, because the lava rock is a bit sharp and sharp-edged.
