you can walk across the Puente de las Bolas (Bridge of Balls).
A small drawbridge with two cannonballs on its pillars.
It connects the mainland with the stone fortress built in the 16th century.
The fortress was declared a national historical monument in 1972 and now houses a small ethnographic museum.
