With its 118 metres, in 1958, as soon as the works were completed, it became the tallest skyscraper in Italy, until it was surpassed two years later by the Pirelli skyscraper in Milan.

the skyscraper is a horrible building, but the square in front of it with the grand hotel is really very beautiful.

It is located in Piazza Andrea Costa in Cesenatico, and was - before the construction of the Pirellone - the tallest skyscraper in Italy with its 118 metres. An important point of reference for those traveling in those parts on the plains, suggestive in its modernity. Going through it by bike is pleasant if you come to Cesenatico!
