The Dortebachtal nature reserve is a unique, alpine-looking side valley of the Moselle that is particularly beautiful near the municipality of Klotten.
A remarkable and rare animal and plant world has settled in this valley. Follow the signs and the logo with the lizard. They lead you from the hiking car park on the Moselle (B49) after 700 meters to a waterfall that offers a welcome cooling off in summer and grows into an impressive wall of ice in winter.
