Vandring

Maintained small hut where you can stop off after a hike from Geilo. Overnight stays in the hut or in an adjacent "igloo" are also possible. And if you come with your own tent, you can pitch it nearby.
The hut can also be used as a starting point for hikes in the Hardangervidda.

Vandring

Reachable via a toll road, the Tuva hut serves as an ideal starting point for multi-day hikes (highly recommended: 3 days in the triangle from Tuva - Heinseter - Fagerheim - an Tuva). The hut is lovingly furnished and if you don't want to spend the night there, you can stop by for a waffle meal. For more information and bookings, visit tuvaturisthytte.com

Bjergvandring

This accommodation is similar to the DNT full-board hostels, except that they are privately run and may be slightly cheaper than those offered by the DNT mountain stations. Here, too, full board (breakfast and dinner) is offered in addition to accommodation.
A road leads to this accommodation, so there is also parking available for starting and ending tours.
This accommodation is also accessible from the towns of Ustaoset and Geilo.
