The climb to the Felderjöchl is long and challenging, but you are rewarded with a wonderful view. The Weiße See lies at your feet and you can see countless peaks all around you. The path is rocky and requires surefootedness, sturdy hiking boots and alpine experience.

For the long ascent to the Felderjöchl you will be rewarded with an incredible view at the top. All around are peaks after peaks and at your feet lies the white lake. A little to the south, the turquoise-blue glacial water of the Hauersee shines in the sun under the Hauerferner.

Vandring
Pass on the 20th stage of the Ötztal Trek, located halfway between the Hauerseehütte (2,383 m) and Frischmannhütte (2,192 m). The ascent to Felderjöchl is not the easiest one, but the view from this pass is absolutely fantastic and fully rewards the hardships of climbing.
