Marbach was known by the poet Friedrich Schiller, who was born in the city on the Neckar. Half-timbered houses, narrow streets, towers and fountains characterize the image of the historic old town. Do not miss to stroll through the city center surrounded by a city wall. You will find numerous restaurants and cafes in the colorful half-timbered houses.
