Vandring
According to VisitLimburg, this is one of the most beautiful and most important nature reserves in the Voer region. The exceptional fauna and flora of this area consists of ancient standard orchards, forest edges, embankments and grafts. It is an important foraging area for the badger. The goshawk, red kite, stone owl and tawny owl also feel very much in their element. Through intensive grazing management, the lime flora must again be given full opportunities so that orchids, among other things, can bloom again.

The Veurs Valley is one of the most characteristic and ecologically valuable valleys in the Voer region. It is located around the hamlet of Veurs (Sint-Martens-Voeren) and is characterized by a small-scale, undulating cultural landscape with stream valleys, sloping forests, standard orchards, and half-timbered farms.

In the Veursvallei you will be introduced to an ecologically very valuable area in the hiking paradise of the Voerstreek. The valley includes the source area of the Veursbeek and the surrounding valley lands. At dusk you can sometimes spot a deer or wild boar here, because in the evening they leave the forest to look for food in the open valley. The small hazel dormouse and the songbird red-backed shrike feel at home in the existing wooded areas and standard orchards.
