The water treading pool was extensively modernized in 2016, the outdoor area redesigned, seating added and paths laid out. To expand the range of healthy Kneipp treatments that strengthen the circulation, there is also an arm bath opposite at the Rauenthaler Brunnen.

The facility is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rheinsteig stage “Kiedrich-Schlangenbad” and the extra tour “Rauentaler Spange” and is therefore an ideal resting place.
