This small stone chapel is estimated to be 1,300 years old. The uncut stones were stacked on top of each other in a dry manner and, due to their inclination towards the outside, always keep the interior dry. Great building and completely preserved (€ 3 entry).

The Gallarus Oratory (Irish Sáipéilín Ghallarais) is an oratory of the Irish Scottish Church in the west of the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry in Ireland near the town of Kilmalkedar, where a monastery existed in the 7th century. It is the best preserved boat-shaped corbelled vault building on the island, built using dry stone walling.
