Field cross with traditional arrangement at a three-way intersection of old field roads: see Poppkaart Oude Heer Baan, today between Oudeheerweg (Sint-Lievens-Houtem) and Nieuwpoortmolen (Zottegem)). A cross is already indicated at this location on a topographical map of 1870.
Wooden cross against a triangular plate with a roof, bearer of a wooden cross with a ditto Christ statue under a band with the inscription INRI. Witness the continuous very old suspension of the Holy Cross. The cross is set up in a bed marked by beams, preceded by a kneeling bench and marks the intersection of field roads.
