Fantastically located staffed mountain hut. The innkeeper and his people are extremely friendly.
The food is of good quality and more than enough after a long day of walking. An overnight stay in this hut gives you the opportunity to spend an extra day walking in the lake area north of the hut. There are several routes that, in our experience, are very quiet and provide fantastic views.

I was there on August 23rd, 2018 and stayed overnight in the hut because of a thunderstorm at night. The dinner was the most sumptuous of the entire Pyrenees tour and also delicious. Rarely experienced that there is a lot of food left over. And the hut team is top class.
