Vandring

The area in the northwest of the city is home to fallow deer, ponies, dwarf goats and a stubborn family of donkeys. There are also guinea pigs, rabbits, swans, geese and bantams. The male peacocks, who move freely in the Sahnpark and proudly show off their magnificent plumage to visitors, sometimes have a few "starry airs". The animal enclosure is completed by an adventure playground, a nature trail and a "green classroom". This is primarily available for school and kindergarten children.

The animal enclosure can be visited at any time of day. Admission is free.

Vandring

The animal enclosure in the cream park was opened in 1966. Here you can observe domestic animals, especially the pheasants can be heard from afar. For the little ones there is next door the adventure playground and the restaurant "Forsthaus" invites you to a cozy feast.
