Vandring

If in the area, it's worth seeing. An old Roman Hill Fort, elliptical in shape with earthed up embankment boundaries and flat inner 'keep'. Nice views from the centre, though all in all, less spectacular than many other hill forts in the region.

A great high spot to look out from on a clear day. And what is cooler than sitting in the quiet grounds of a Roman Fort so near town and yet unknown to the locals
