On this section of the path there are a whole series of well-preserved border stones decorated with coats of arms between the Landgraviate of Hesse-Kassel and the Bishopric of Fulda. They enclose the former Fulda island with a few villages, such as Weiperz and Sannerz, in the border area with the Hesse-Kassel Amt Schwarzenfels, to which the neighboring Sterbfritz belonged, among others. This still has an impact on the denominational structures today.

There are some historical boundary stones to be discovered along the way. The “signs of power” are often still recognizable, great.
