Vandring
A historic centre of horticulture, Waterperry Gardens is a beautiful spot just south of the village of the same name. There's a lovely cafe and a farm shop, as well as the Museum of Rural Life.
The estate is free to mooch around, though you will need to purchase a ticket to view the formal gardens and dogs are not allowed in this area. See waterperrygardens.co.uk for more information.
