Vandring

We find a museum of a completely different kind here. The fruit variety museum is unique and beautifully located. The community Kieselbronn provided a community-owned property to promote the local orchards. In the spring of 1994, employees of the community building yard and members of the local fruit and horticultural association planted around 40 tall fruit trees (apple, pear, cherry, plum, service tree) on the property. Local varieties from the Enzkreis were then grafted onto these high trunks. In the meantime, almost 50 types of fruit have been grafted onto the mother trees. The orchard meadow is freely accessible.
