The Viereckkheisje is said to have been built in 1920. But the number 1891 should be read on the ridge keystone.

The specialty of this Heisje is that only half of it is privately owned by the Christian Weinbach estate. The vintner has leased the other half.
It consists for the most part of quarry stones and the frames and corners of bricks. The gable roof is made of reinforced concrete. As with almost all Wingertsheisjer, the windows are built out like loopholes. The reason for this is that muzzle-loaders were once used.
The door is still original. The Heisje was plastered inside and out.
