Vandring
In a forest, in a narrow gorge northeast of Altenplos, legend has it that a church sunk in the swamp. According to legend, only Sunday children can hear the church bells on a certain day of the year.
But there is no evidence of this in the narrow gorge.
In the vernacular it is not uncommon for rocks and caves to be referred to as "Kerng", i.e. churches, which were a place of refuge in storms.
