Although the path approaches the road, it is pleasant to walk because it is in the shade under trees and follows the course of the stream. Wildly romantic!

The Hafenlohr is a 26.5 km (with Tiergartenbach 27.7 km) long, right tributary of the Main. It moves east-northeast through a deeply cut valley, the bottom of which is occupied by the Hafenlohrtal nature reserve. Larger settlements are completely absent here, which gives hikers peace and relaxation.

Very nice place with direct access to the stream. Here the thirsty dog can drink and cool off its paws, while hikers can have a nice picnic here.
