In the center of our municipality (“Rink”) is St. Peter's Church. This Gothic building from the 15th century is worth seeing both on the outside and inside. You will find frescoes, paintings, a monumental late Baroque pulpit and a main altar from the 16th century. The surrounding graveyard and graveyard wall are protected. The cemetery contains the graves of veterans and British war victims. (sint-pieters-leeuw.be/toerisme/zien-doen/zien/centrum-sint-pieterskerk-en-rink)

St. Peter's Church is a sandstone building that is now a Gothic church through regular renovations and enlargements of the former Romanesque church.
The church now has a built-in western tower, a three-aisled nave, a Gothic choir with three-sided closure and a southern sacristy.
The furniture is 18th century, with paintings from the Red Monastery in Oudergem, confessionals from the priory of Groenendaal and a rococo communion rail.
