Vandring

The highest mountain in the city is the 1,362 m high Szrenica (Hedgehog). From the bottom you can take two chair lifts to a height of about 1,000 m, the rest you have to walk. The motto of the day is "20 zloty all day" (parking fee). For me the most beautiful place in the area. And in August 2024 "30 zloty all day".

The two-seater chairlift takes visitors - also in summer - in about 30 minutes and in two stages to the 1362 meter high Szrenica (Reifträger). The Path of Czech-Polish Friendship begins at the top, a 28-kilometer binational hiking trail along the main ridge of the Karkonosze Mountains.

Vandring

Contrary to some comments, the lift also ran in summer. To get to the summit you have to buy 2 stages. The lift was a highlight both on the way there and back.
