Great panoramic views across the river from the Statue of the Victor or Statue of Victory in the Kalemegdan fortress in Belgrade, erected in 1928 to commemorate the Kingdom of Serbia's war victories over the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary during the Balkan Wars and the First World War. Originally cast in 1913, the 14 meters high monument is one of the most famous works of Ivan Meštrović.

The Statue of Pobednik (Serbian Cyrillic: Победник, German: The Victor) is a monument in the Upper Town of the Belgrade Fortress Kalemegdan. It was erected in 1928 to mark the tenth anniversary of the breakthrough of the Salonika Front.

It is one of the most famous works of the Croatian-Serbian sculptor Ivan Meštrović. The statue, which was originally supposed to stand in Terazija Square, but people complained about its nakedness, holds a dove of peace in one hand and a sword in the other.
