This is where the real north begins! Shortly before Jokkmokk you officially cross the Arctic Circle. There is a large sign, as well as a seasonal café and a caravan parking space.

Vandring
from Arvidsjaur Airport, just before the town of Jokkmokk, is the Arctic Circle. this is what the latitudes at 66° 33′ 55″ north and south latitude are called, on which the sun no longer rises or sets on the days of the solstice. Their radius corresponds to the axial distance of the tropics from the equator (Wikipedia).
If you are there with a tour group, you will receive a certificate. You don't get that high every day.
