    Tierpark Lohberg is the only zoo in the Upper Palatinate and attracts numerous visitors every year. Here you will find over 400 animals of the Bavarian-Bohemian border area with about 100 species in natural surroundings.

    At the foot of the Großer Arber on the Bavarian-Bohemian border area lies the Bayerwald Tierpark Lohberg. A walk through the zoo to see wolves, bison, lynx, eagles, owls and many other around 400 animal species that you can visit. The zoo is a real experience for children to see the animals up close. There is no boredom for the little ones, as there is also a children's playground with various devices such as swings and carousels, which are free of charge.

    You can see wolves. They are pretty rare in most enclosures. Kitchen are also there rum. Lots of owls and birds. Is nice there, you have to move finally 👍
