The Zeisigstein is an outstanding rock outcrop that offers a beautiful view and at the same time represents a fascinating habitat for extremely adapted plants. It is part of a unique area that the forest visionary Johann Heinrich Cotta created in 1811, which is considered the birth of modern forestry science.
