Jeizinen is 1,526 meters above the Rhone Valley - accessible by gondola from Gampel. The small summer resort and ski station has fallen out of date but is, for example, a wonderful starting point for hikes on the sunny heights, over the villages and alpine pastures between Lötschental and Leukerbad. Wide view of the mountains in the Simplon area (Monte Leone), to the Weisshorn (4,506 meters) above the Turtmanntal and to the Rhoneknie.

Jeizinen is located at 1500 m above sea level. Jeizinen is situated on a south-facing slope with a unique view of the four-thousand-meter peaks of the Valais Alps. An insider tip for all nature lovers, you will fall in love with this landscape. Jeizinen is car-free. Therefore, the best way to get there is by cable car from Gampel.
