Good starting point for hikes on the GR5 or in the Vanoise National Park. A fairly close approach by car is possible. Therefore, it is not one of the quaint, remote refuges.

Fantastic and well equipped refuge. You can book to stay as part of longer distance routes such as the GR5 or get drinks and snacks as part of shorter missions. Stunning views if the vanoise national park. There is a car park near by and good access to camp.
