There is not much to see from the old airport. Only further west on the allotment area remains of the ring can still be seen. This ring and shelves consisted of large concrete slabs, which were then blown away by the British zigzag-shaped.

Not much of the old airport remains. Only further west, in the allotment area, are remnants of the ring still visible. This ring, along with the parking areas, consisted of large concrete slabs that were blasted away in a zigzag pattern by the British.
