Vandring
The Wartenweg is approximately 23.3 km long:
Starting at the Dardesheim town hall, it leads past the Heiketalswarte, the Sargstedter Warte, the Huysburg, the Paulskopfwarte, the Eilenstedt Owl Museum and up to the Eilenstedt residential tower. There are lots of highlights on offer along the way.

Vandring
One of them leads to the three waiting towers, which were built between the 13th and 15th centuries. The publicly accessible Sargstedter Warte offers a view of Halberstadt and the Vorharz region as well as to the southwest of the Brocken.
The control rooms were built to warn the city of Halberstadt of approaching Lansdknechshorden and formed a closed observation system.
