Pure nature and defense technology in "passing"
One-way drive or a walk, also easily accessible by public. Very well paved (concreted?), Only towards the end there is a stretch, half of which is cobblestone. Many entrances / exits also with ramps.
Weir system at the upper end, in the retention basin (and shortly before it) an incredible amount of nature, herons, beavers, ducks ...
Possible disadvantage: very busy during the weekend family walks: cyclists, runners, prams, children. Driving isn't fast at the times.

Easy beautiful tour, just before Purkersdorf the Vienna River is partly like a mountain river with its stones.
