Not far from the Kiez in Wolfgang-Heinze Strasse and Bornaische Strasse is the Paul-Gerhardt Church in Selneckerstrasse. Named after the famous theologian and poet, this church is a place of silence and reflection. The interior is rather simple with white walls and a wooden ceiling in the form of a barrel vault. The windows are Romanesque and are located above the two galleries. The windows are new creations after the Second World War and show motifs from Paul Gerhardt's songs.
