With the planting of apple, cherry, pear, plum and quince trees, the biodiversity on the area was increased. Due to their diversity of insects, orchards offer optimal nutritional bases and habitat for many species of birds, such as the common redstart. Over the years, a biotope worth seeing and protecting will emerge at the Fortuna pit.
